TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please give us enough time for design and manufacturing. Most invitations/stationery items may take 7 – 14 working days from design concept to manufacturing. Please make sure to incorporate those 7-14 business days, as well as shipping in your timeline.
If your artworks are not confirmed in a timely manner or within the above turnaround times, 7-14 days turnaround time will still apply from your final artwork confirmation. We handle large volumes as well as schedule our manufacturing and ordering within the timelines provided by you. If you order 1 month before the event, and only confirm your artworks/final confirmations after 2 weeks, your order will still take the 7-14 business days to manufacture/process from this time. This is non-negotiable. We do our best to stay on track and within our given timelines but cannot be held accountable for late responses/late submissions from the client’s side, and still require our time to print/manufacture our items for you in reasonable timing.
WEBSITE LEAD TIMES
The lead times for wedding website invitations are 10-15 business days from receiving the website information. If you are in a hurry to get your invitations out, a rush fee will be charged to have the first draft the same week as the information was received.
STATIONERY LEAD TIMES
Please ensure that your stationery information is sent to us, at least three weeks before your wedding date. If your information is received the same week as your wedding date, we will charge the client a rush fee.
APPROVAL OF FINAL ARTWORK
While Weddings by EB takes all care to avoid errors, we accept no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production.
It is the “Client” responsibility to proofread and approve all final copy before the production of artwork.
The email verification of the Client’s representative shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artworks prior to their release for printing, implementation, or installation.
No reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by “The Client’s” proof reading. If any reprints should be done because of errors after client have proofread them – the amount due will be the client’s responsibility.
PAYMENTS
A 50% deposit should be paid before the release of any design samples. Full payment will be required before the release of final designs. Please be aware of our no cash refund policy. We will happily refund you with a voucher for custom digital illustrations.
DELIVERY
The client will be responsible for the payment of the delivery fee to their recommended address. Weddings by EB will take no responsibility of any damaged goods after products have left our premises by a third party. We do our best to package stationery products in a manner that it won’t get damaged.
We recommend that clients pick up their stationery items from us, to ensure safe delivery to your venue. We are more than happy to do personal deliveries to your venue the day before the wedding.
ON-THE-DAY
We won’t be able to attend the wedding day and set up stationery. On the day set up will be the client’s responsibility. We will send mock-ups of how it should look on the day.
No signage stands will be provided. Thus, it will be the client’s responsibility to choose stands and inform us about measurements so we can be sure that signage will fit in the stands.
